App Name: Badda: Short Videos & Social ("Badda") • Effective Date: August 2026

Zero Tolerance Policy: Badda strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any account or content involved in CSAE or CSAM will be immediately terminated and reported to relevant global and local authorities.

1. Strict Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

At Badda: Short Videos & Social, keeping our platform safe for everyone, especially minors, is our top priority. We have zero tolerance for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Users are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or distributing any content that:

Depicts, promotes, or facilitates Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation (CSAE).
Contains Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Involves child grooming, sexualization of minors, or child endangerment.

2. In-App Mechanism for User Reporting & Moderation

Badda provides built-in, easy-to-use in-app reporting features across all content and interaction points:

Video & Post Reporting: Users can tap the option menu on any video or post and select "Report" to flag inappropriate content or potential child safety violations immediately.
Comment Reporting: Users can press and hold any comment to submit a report for moderation review.
User Profile & Message Reporting: Users can report profiles and direct messages directly within the app.

Our automated filters and human moderation team inspect reported content 24/7. Content flagged for CSAE/CSAM is removed immediately, and the posting account is permanently banned.

3. Addressing CSAM & Reporting to Law Enforcement

When CSAM or CSAE content is identified on Badda:

The content is instantly purged from our servers.
The responsible user account is permanently suspended.
We report all instances of CSAE/CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local cybercrime authorities (including the Nepal Police Cyber Bureau and international law enforcement agencies) as mandated by applicable child safety laws and regulations.
